Airlink.in — Bad service

Hello,
I am from surat. I am using airlink from last 5 year at my home and my factory. But you service is becoming to bad day by day. I am travelling allround so i have install camera in my factory. But from last 2 month your wifi is not working. I have complain about that but no one is coming to solve the problem.in future i will not suggest any one go with your plan.
