I am suffer for network issue (No network) since last five days (7th april 2020) i call many time but company not responding i also registered complain on massage complain no. And whats app complain no. But still i am not getting any revert and satisfaction. Even the mail to the respective nodal officer and support team still they also not responding.
I requested to consumer forum have take corrective action against the company. I want solution for the problem anyways.
I am waiting your affirmative response and solution.
I have prepaid connection with airlink broadband, surat my customer no. (Crf. No) 262088, user id - mkbhatti my internet went offline on the 7th april 2020 early morning, i had placed a complaint immediate on massage & whats app complain no. And till many times call but not responding. And i have prepaid connection.. Which i have means already paid for the quality service they are supposed to give me, and they have failed in giving me quality service.
I have also many times mail but no response please read bellow:
