Airte — Money debited from my account but not credited nor refunded

I have added RS 300 in my Airtel money account no. [protected] on[protected] but the amount debited from my account but not credited in my Airtel money account. My UPI transaction I'd is[protected] kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible. I have attached screenshot of payment. I mailed my issue to airtel customer care on[protected] but no reply from Airtel till date
