Pls look below mail and so far i did not get plan updation and my net disconnect two time, pls look port no and confirm to free so that i can port now port no is aw749977. ([protected])

Becos it has not completed 90 days and i want to get port asap and not able to continue with airtel more, pls free to my no and i can go with other provider.

Dear airtel

Last two month before i had get call from airtel for rs 499 plan which include 25 gb per month till 31st dec 2017 and rest all free calls etc like same plan i had with vodafone but 20 gb per month etc.

Your sales person mr love agarwal [protected] / (Franchises owner jaipur house agra etc) came and give me plan and port no vodafone to airtel with commitment and confirmation.

After two month over and two days before my net get disconnect from 4 sep 9 am to 5 sep 2 pm, with out any reason and confirmation. I had talk your customer services they denied and confirm there is nothing any plan its for only three month after three month there is no 20 gb extra, pls ask sales person he give wrong commitment and wrong plan? And why disconnect net no update so far?

I had discussed with your customer service then 20 gb add in this month plan on 5 th night but since today morning net disconnect again and i had call customer service they confirm your plan call is open so net services is not working and when it will work no commitment our side???

My question is that, why i am getting harassment by your customer services that they do not have any update? Net disconnect? No plan update? Your sales person mr love neither he is reverting on sms nor picking call??? And not coming to meet?

Pls confirm what is the solution and whoses falut is this that airtel sales person selling wrong plan to customers???

I am one of them.

Pls confirm my plan and activate 4g with good speed.
