I have recharged my mobile airtel [protected] with tha amount of rs 448. Money has been debited from my account. But i have got the msg as "your airtel mobile [protected] online recharge txn id 509125 of rs 448 has been initiated."

As a reputed indian telecom company (Airtel), they misleading customers to porting number to airtel. I was a reliance postpaid customer and airtel offer me attractive plan ie 299/- per month (Post paid) and the plan includes all india calls unlimited and 21 gbg data per month for number porting from reliance to airtel. My phone was snatched by some goons on 31st oct 2017. I immediately called airtel to block it. I visited airtel store on 31st oct with my aadhar and got new sim after completing formalities required. Store person assured me that it will get activated within 4 hours but it did not.

Airtel claims max. 40mbps speed in the hotspot device but i not even getting 1 mbps speed also... Weak signals and npt even one device gets connected properly. I have recharged my mobile number with rs.399. It is been advertising that you will get unlimited calling for 70 days. But today i have called up on my relatives for an important issue and in middle of the conversation the call got ended up and intimating that you don't have enough balance to make a call. I just checked out for terms and conditions, it is no where published in company's site....

I had paid rs. 5500 as annual subscription in the month of june 2017.in september i had to shift my apartment and requested for shifting of connection to the new address. The service engineer indormes that installation can not be done and suggested disconnection. I received a pop up after my call with my remaining balance that I had an offer amounting RS. 399 with a validity of 84days on my 4g sim. However, when I recharged I got only 35days validity. On enquiring in customer care desk they made no effort to solve my problem and just kept informing that I didn't had any offer of 84days while reminded that I was a provided a misleading message by the company. A pathetic service was provided to me....
