denial of broadband services

I have made an online payment of 3 months for broadband services after the feasibility check has been done on aug 1st 2017.
I was promised that the connection would be provided in 3 working days and it prolonged till aug 17th, where i get a confirmation that the connection cannot be provided. On 31/08/2017 i visited ramamurthy nagar airtel store to switch from postpaid to prepaid plan. They provided me with new sim card and advised within 4 hours it will be activated. person ran away with my money worth of rs. 100000.

Sir/ma'am,
The person with the mobile phone number +91-[protected], used to run my pg and took rs. 18000 in advance and similarly from all the tenants as well a huge sum from the actual property owner over rs. 1 lakh.
He has took all our money and ran away.
His number is not reachable. Please try to locate this culprit as it is really important.

payment done

I had recharged by 255 via mobile banking on 29.08.2017 on mobile [protected] (Upw circle) with transaction id [protected]fh42731530. But recharged not done. Confirmed from bank payment transferred to airtel. Airtel executives said contact to bank payment not received. Bank said contact to airtel. Now confused what to do. But amount debited from my bank account.

4g internet connection

My complain is regarding the use of internet connection and call drop.. Airtel company is giving very bad services.. Always failures the network and he promise to give 1gb data daily but can't.. Many time i called but it didn't give a permanent soln... Please take a serious action against airtel who is making money through fraud activity......

Worst service by airtel. Never opt for airtel services. Even the instore persons are frauds and charge you unofficial amounts that you will realize later. I have submitted application for postpaid to prepaid conversion. Its been more than 1 month and no update.
I have been to same store 25-30 visits and everytime they say, we will get the update today evening that has never come. 2 weeks back they asked me to resubmit the application...

internet usage error

I have a plan of 1gb per day limit and i have app which moniters the network usage and balance. I have used 700mb but i couldnt connect to the internet after that. broadband installation not happened after 10th day of payment

My self, sandeep, from burn-out fitness pvt. Ltd.
I have given complete cheque of 6 months in advance for airtel broadband and landline connection before 7 days but still the installation has not happened. I am calling to the service guy ([protected] & [protected]) daily but no one is picking up the call from past 4-5 days. Because of your company's commitment, i have given the contract but no work progress till now....

new prepaid sim activation delay

I am more than 2 years of airtel postpaid customer now opted to convert to prepaid, i have submitted all the documents they demanded on 2nd september 10:15 am and they have mentioned that once the postpaid sim lost its network insert the prepaid sim to use. unwanted services are activated and money is deducted

For the last 2 day NDTV NEWS &NDTV lifestyle has been activated and rupees 30 was deducted for each service from my balance I did not activate any service 8n my mobile but i received msg stating i hav3 activated the serbic3 and money was deducted from my main balance.kindly look into the issue as soon as possible....

very poor network & services

I ported my no from vodafone to airtel & that was my biggest mistake.
First of all they deactivated my vodafone no & took 4 days to activate airtel no.
So, 4 days without phone.
After the activation on 18th august i registered a complaint regarding the network problem & internet speed was very slow. Most of the time my calls getting missed.
From 18th august to till date i talked to there supervisors & sent 4-5...

pathetic airtel dth services

Hi, i have been using airtel dth from last 6 months, but during these six months faced i've lots of problem regarding airtel dth services.
Sometimes all channel go away and some times some services are blocked due to inediquate dth setups. When i had purcashed airetl dth connection the recording services was free as promised by airtel engineers, but after 5 months same service is now asking for subscription fee for recording services...

airtel idle maintenance fine

Airtel dth is deducting 15 rs every month from my account in the name of idle maintenance service. The recharge is valid only for 28 days and not full 30 days. I had very bad experience with airtel dth service. The dth box does not work properly and there is no signal when a small cloud or rain comes. I am discontinuing airtel dth service and going for another dth company....

net speed problem

My network automatically get converted to 3g or even 2g from 4g...
The speed decreases too much...
I have already complained more than 5 times for this issue.. Bt every time i call they will say dt we will resolve in 6 hours or 24 hrs or bla bla.. Bt still its been 2 weeks n my problem is not resolved...
The company is ignoring it from a long time..
Please take strict actions and resolve my matter asap...

network issue in mnp sim

I recently changed my mobile network from bsnl to airtel via mnp. My bsnl sim was cut after 6 days and is showing no service yet there is no network on my airtel sim. On asking the retailer, he said the sim has been activated. I have tried every way possible, called the customer support, they said to wait for 24 hours and it's been 72 hours but there is still no network. Now they're saying to change the sim. What am i supposed to do?...
