airtel themselves call fastest network but in reality it is totally fake

Hiiii... Myself santosh.. M ua customer since 2years... Recently i have problem with ua company n have lot of complaints to tell u but i don't think i can say through text... I want complaint for my phone who I given in airtel

Sir, namaskar maine apna phone airtel m diya tha airtel secure plan k under 4 july ko mera document submitted ho gaya tha 11 july ko mera phone mere add. Se pickup ho gaya tha or 14 july ko apke pass deliver ho gaya tha fir 20 july ko mere claim ka confirmation aa gaya tha uske baad mujhe airtel se msg aaya tha ki ap 256 rs. Pay kijiye wo bhi maine usi din kiya tha fir mera ko bola gaya tha ki apka phone 15-21 din m thik ho jayega fir maine...

recharge quandary

I recharged my airtel prepaid phone with rs.100 full talk time recharge pack on 23dr august, 2017. The txn id is[protected]. After submitting my card details the money was deducted from my account, but recharge failed. How can i get this resolved? The above was for shifting request. I clearly mentioned that if you have 8 mbps or more speed then only i will shift or else cancell the connection. rc 349 recharge not valid; misguided by partial information

I recharged my airtel number, from the karnataka circle with a rc 349. This was after numerous plan suggestion texts from airtel. There was no note on how it does not work on roaming.
Furthermore, mumbai is a roaming free network, which is why i thought the rc 349 would work. The customer care numbers don't work, and only after scouring the net did i realize that the rc isn't valid for roaming.
Look into this. And please include...

postpaid bill illegal charges

I've opted for airtel bill plan 649 in mar 2017. I'm getting charged 550 rs extra since apr 17 till date for 2 extra boosters. I've no clue why the boosters are added. It doesn't show in my plan in airtel app or in airtel website. But it shows and charged to my monthly bill.

After many calls to airtel they haven't revoke it from my bill. Today again when i called they said this will only be revoked in aug bill not from apr...
