Sir /mam i recharge my no [protected] with 399 rupees but my internet not working but voice call working and there show 1gb data remaining in my no... My phone is 4g set but internet not working... no internet balance after recharge of 346

Hi,

My mobile number is [protected]. I have done a recharge of 346 on 15th july (Order no.[protected]. I was suppose to free incoming and outgoing calls and 1 gb of data per day till next 28 days of recharge. But it worked well for 10 days and after that there is no internet balance. Although the calls are still going.
Please look into it on a priority basis (Its been almost a week since internet is not working),...

Hi,

This is littledon. This is about my most terrible and worst service i got from airtel.

I subscribed for airtel secure plan and paid for that worst service from my pocket.

Ten days before i raised a claim under that stupid plan, and after a rigorous follow up i sent my phone to them. Its just a minor damage and i never mishandled my phone. It was in a perfect working condition.

cc fooling and technician cheating for view card problem

Reported the issue on 8th july stating that 'view card problem'. Its was prompting that the 'view card was not inserted properly. Please swipe and reinsert the view card'. Hence called the cc and informed about the issue and got a reference no as 62898369 for the issue. The technician visited and unplugged the view card and power cable and realigned and he charged 150rs and it was working when he left. On the same day night the problem again...

I opened facebook account using the number [protected] but later the phone and simcard got lost. I then purchased the sim [protected] and renewing the other card seemed not to be important cause i would do away with one in long run.
I recently changed my facebook account password and unfortunately have forgotten the password. Kindly help if possible cause the retrieval code is being sent to the other number.

rough behavior of customer care executive

Mr ranjan devnath who is doing night shift, i don't know what is doing but he is not listen properly and he is replied me totally wrong and i asked him softly that is he sleeping then he replied me that this is the helpline number never told him like this. From the beginning of the conversation he is not interested to help me out.
