I recharged my phone with my airtel app. Transaction id =[protected]. After entering otp, payment confirmation page was not loading so i pressed back button. App asked me do i want to cancel the transaction and i pressed ok. So this transaction was cancelled. If i couldn't cancel the transaction why was option visible to me. 70 minutes after all this, my recharge for transaction id =[protected] was processed. By this time i already recharged...

Unable to recharge my airtel after converting from postpaid to prepaid

I have change my airtel #[protected] postpaid to prepaid on 19th june 2017 and after that i am not able to recharge.
Airtel has become very poor in service which i never faced since years.
Instead of many complains airtel customer care is not resolving the issue.
I sent several mails to customer care team. They keep on asking me to try recharging online and through other modes instead of resolving the issue.

Dear sir/ madam, airtel charged me rupees 1.50 paise wrongly as sms charges whereas i have sent no sms. I talked to customer care executive but they gave me no satisfactory answer. Postpaid bill overcharged

I have been charged a bull amount of 4000, where my plan is something around 700 only . i recieved this 10gb offer for 3 months after which my bill amounts are increased. I also opted for pre-on post plan where my money was deducted from my account but ended as failed for this mobile number and i have not recieved the repay still....
