I recharged my phone with my airtel app. Transaction id =[protected]. After entering otp, payment confirmation page was not loading so i pressed back button. App asked me do i want to cancel the transaction and i pressed ok. So this transaction was cancelled. If i couldn't cancel the transaction why was option visible to me. 70 minutes after all this, my recharge for transaction id =[protected] was processed. By this time i already recharged...

When i returned back from my trip of 6 months+, i learnt that airtel reassigned my sim/phone to someone else.
I was not given any notice, either by phone or mail.

Assuming i still owned the sim i recharged it with 500 rs (I assumed low balance was the reason of no network on phone) transaction number[protected].

I booked an airtel broad band connection through one augustine (Nallambakkam area - unihomes gated community). At the time of booking on 23rd june 2017, he was very nice in talking and assured me that if i pay the advance amount on airtel website, he will get me the connection on sunday. Either airtel is fraud or the girl who called me for telling me different plans is a fraud. I registered for airtel broadband service (Bangalore) and got a call from airtel. The girl name is "priya" with the following number:
[protected] and she called me 100s time to make online payment for the service which i made with the transaction no:[protected] and she told it will be install soon. I waited for 3 days and called her...

I have change my airtel #[protected] postpaid to prepaid on 19th june 2017 and after that i am not able to recharge.
Airtel has become very poor in service which i never faced since years.
Instead of many complains airtel customer care is not resolving the issue.
I sent several mails to customer care team. They keep on asking me to try recharging online and through other modes instead of resolving the issue.

I activated international roaming for 1 month for china paying 3999. Transaction i'd[protected]. I am not able to make any outgoing calls. I am in china and desperately need internet connection. Followed all instructions given by air tel customer care. Sti'll not working. Internet is very urgently required for map. Contacted their helpline no. They are not responding...

This is to bring to your notice that it's been two months and i still haven't received my refund of failed internet recharges which your company ensures to refund back in 7-10 working days. I called on 121 for like 5-6 times but all in vain. They just registered the complaint but nothing happened. I have airtel broadband. I had added a top-up with [protected]@ rs 100 plan along with existing plan few months before. Dear sir/ madam, airtel charged me rupees 1.50 paise wrongly as sms charges whereas i have sent no sms. I talked to customer care executive but they gave me no satisfactory answer. I have been charged a bull amount of 4000, where my plan is something around 700 only . i recieved this 10gb offer for 3 months after which my bill amounts are increased. I also opted for pre-on post plan where my money was deducted from my account but ended as failed for this mobile number and i have not recieved the repay still....
