Please find the below attachment which shows if we recharge for rs 399 the validity will be 70 days, after recharging it shows validity of 56 days... After calling customer care came to know that offer has been expired on april 24th april but in my sim still it shows 70 days... Since the 5+ years customer in Airtel, my number disconnected 30/4/17, without any prior information to me. When I called to customer care, executive saying that number disconnected due to non-usage.

This is to inform you that my land line connection with Broad Band service no is +9133400**308 and using for quite a considerable period. From a substancial
time I did not get incoming calls well as Broad Band connections was not available.
