Hi, My number is [protected] and my Airtel SIM is not working in Dubai.

I have made several complaints in past but still, no solution has been provided to me....

I recharged my AIRTEL Broadband fibre with 589 on 19 Dec 2021 using Airtel Thanks App through Upi, transaction was successful but recharge was unsuccessful and amount deducted from my account.
On 21 again i recharged with 589 same happened.
I talked to airtel customer care they told me that "you have used our app for recharge as gateway so we cant help, you have to talk to your bank" then I talked to Paytm customer care he told...

I have recently recharged my number with the revised and increased tariff ₹479 to avail data, voice call and sms services. As per this plan I should be receiving 1.5GB of data, unlimited voice calls and 100 sms everyday. But the data renewal doesn't happen everyday and it continues to calculate the previous day data pack. This is shocking and totally outrageous. I wonder why Airtel not meeting the plan standards of the company as promised....

I got my prepaid number from the nearest airtel store in Bangalore and changed it to postpaid. I would like to change the ownership from the existing one to my name. Please guide the process....

I have stopped using Airtel dth connection, I want to return the stb and get my refund amount of ₹1500. I couldn't find an option to do this on their website and app. I tried calling customer care but my issue was not solved....

I have recharged to a wrong number and asked them to revert it but not getting any satisfactory response....

My airtel fixedline installation request number is [protected] and I was supposed to get the brodband connection along with modem within 3 working days. As of now the broadband connection is not installed and 3 days are over, I am in a desperate need of internet connection and this delay is costing me a lot. I have already paid 1768 INR in advance for modem and i call to agent for cancellation but not refund my money in three days pls help...

On 19th while comin to bhubaneswar from bangalore, my wife forgot her phone at home( @ bangalore).
Since she was on work from home and we were stayin in odisha for couple of months, we decided to get a duplicate sim for her number.
But that never got activated ( tried continuously for 3 days from 22nd to 24th). It got rejected due
1.live photo not matching with their records ( this is what airtel xpress store guy said0br...

I have recharged airtel mobile number through airtel thanks app for Rs 599 On 3dec and received SMS regarding money transaction and money was deducted from the bank but my number is not recharged . Till now I got no info regarding the recharge and I have also raised complaint regarding the same but no refund has been processed yet. I request you to look on this matter. Hopefully waiting for your response.

I have been charged hefty amount 150 Rs for new sim on getting my old one lost. Really disappointed at the misuse of consumers necessity....

I have an Airtel no [protected] which I was used the no as long time and I'm abroad now. I tried inserting the sim recently and found that it is not working. I'm sure every month recharge for maintained card Validity. Pls check and activate my sim card.

I had done airtel prepaid recharge in morning and the money is debited from my account. Then, airtel messaged me that your payment is still being processed wait for 2 hrs.. but nothing happened till now pls help me...

My sim got deregistered suddenly
I'm working overseas so I sent parents with my AADHAR card to sort the issue
But the service center says I have to INSERT a new sim and I should be present personally in the center

My sim is not showing service, Iam at uae now, it was working for the last three months after I came to uae.
After this problems happens, I recharge for 99 for validity,
Then 799 rs for roaming also.
Still SIM is not active.

Kindly help me to solve this.

I have recharged for plan 699 on my Airtel number. [protected] on 15/12/2021. Plan includes Amazon prime membership. But when I try to get my membership activated by clicking on banner on Airtel App, the membership is not being activated. I sent email to Airtel. They told me to contact Amazon. When I contacted Amazon, they told me to contact Airtel....

198 is not functional please give me airtel customer care number or all india toll free number of airtel...

I have raised the complaint yesterday evening, but still now not actioned by Airtel Team

I have got the Airtel Prepaid SIM card from India 2 months back.
A yearly recharge has been done in this SIM.
For the first 2 months the SIM was working well.
Suddenly one day the network went off.
All types of trouble shooting done.
But nothing happened.
So I left it like this.
After 2 full days the network came back again on it's own.
Now after working for 15 days again since today...

I need to raise a confidential integrity issue against the back teaching of calls....

I have done my recharge and still not received please help me to get my money back it’s been 1 month...
