I have got my new airtel sim card instead of, i am missed sim card on yesterday.Sim card is activated but the messages are not coming, as well as the *121# is also not working. But our account dept is not agreeing to pay 3 months bill in advance, hence we had requested airtel support and airtel relationship manager to send us bill monthly and not quarterly. This request we are following with airtel by mail and phone continuously since one month. Still we have not got bill for this month....

Unable to send text messages

I can't able to send any text messages to any number from my prepaid sim: [protected]. SMS are coming to my inbox without any issues.

I am having this issue past one month and it's very hectic task some information transfer with sms.
I checked the smsc number and it's matching with Airtel for another SIM card which is working fine.

It shows Unlimited calls with 70 days validity plus 1 GB per day, but after recharging it is shows 28 days validity with total of 3 GB. I have done recharge as per the details in the website. Please refer the screen shot.

Problem in new 4g sim

Recharged 349 and got cheated

Recharge of 349 got expired before 28 days

I had recharged previous month for 349 rs in which i got 500mb day and 500 mb night data for 28 days i. E 28 gb data, but even after not using such volume it kept showing 60 mb available at any given time in my airtel app and i was not able to use that much data. But today just for opening the internet my balance is deducted and 50-60 rs are deducted today. There are 4-5 days left of validity of 349 pack.
Kindly look into the matter....

Misuse of credit card for payment of mobile bill

As the card have been used in airtel bill payment desk, it will be easy to identify the user. I would like to request you to make the payment void and to take legal action against the person misused my card.
