But currently you guys makes me feeling bad using aitel. Because there is no network coverage in my area

I have got my new airtel sim card instead of, i am missed sim card on yesterday.Sim card is activated but the messages are not coming, as well as the *121# is also not working. Hence i couldn't able to check balance as well as the messages. So i even not able to see the otp password when paying through debit card.

Airtel id (TEXO-ILP-0002) Account No.[protected]. Airtel has sent us an invoice for 3 months in advance, Invoice no:[protected]. But our account dept is not agreeing to pay 3 months bill in advance, hence we had requested airtel support and airtel relationship manager to send us bill monthly and not quarterly. This request we are following with airtel by mail and phone continuously since one month. Still we have not got bill for this month....

I can't able to send any text messages to any number from my prepaid sim: [protected]. SMS are coming to my inbox without any issues.

I am having this issue past one month and it's very hectic task some information transfer with sms.
I checked the smsc number and it's matching with Airtel for another SIM card which is working fine.

I am Manoj i have done a recharge of 495.
It shows Unlimited calls with 70 days validity plus 1 GB per day, but after recharging it is shows 28 days validity with total of 3 GB. I have done recharge as per the details in the website. Please refer the screen shot.

I have swapped my old airtel sim card to 4g sim yesterday but the messages are not coming, as well as the *121# is also not working. Hence i couldn't able to check balance as well as the messages.

I recharged rs 349 for unlimited voice call and 28 gb net.
But my main balance got deduct in voice call.
They told nothijg can be done as pe terms and condition
Which was hidden from me.

I have recently done Rs. 244 recharge on my airtel number. Iam not getting 4G service at all on my number. So I called up airtel customer care multiple times and they are opening a complaint and closing it without providing any resolution. And they are also telling that 4G service is activated on my number and there is no issue from their end. I had recharged previous month for 349 rs in which i got 500mb day and 500 mb night data for 28 days i. E 28 gb data, but even after not using such volume it kept showing 60 mb available at any given time in my airtel app and i was not able to use that much data. But today just for opening the internet my balance is deducted and 50-60 rs are deducted today. There are 4-5 days left of validity of 349 pack.
Kindly look into the matter....

My card no [protected] has been misused by somebody for rs.9825, at airtel bill desk vide transaction no[protected] on 17.03.2017.. As the card have been used in airtel bill payment desk, it will be easy to identify the user. I would like to request you to make the payment void and to take legal action against the person misused my card. And not to claim the amount from the bank i have already sent a mail in this regard to airtel bill...
