I have recharged my airtel sim twice with prepaid plan of 20₹ and then with 100₹ talk time, but sim yet not activated. I've tried to call customer care but they are not taking my call and keep saying your plan validity is expired....

I have recharged my mobile number (80******78) on 15 August 2021, Sunday, with a recharge plan of Rs.298. I have recharged my mobile number through Online. Money was deducted from my Bank Account but, the recharge was not successful.
Please take an action regarding my issue....
