Charged for calling on ICICI toll free number

Hi Team,

I have been charged in June month bill for calling ICICI Toll free number [protected]. When I registered the complain, then I have been told that number starting with 1800 will be only considered as toll free number. But as per the screenshot, it clearly says that [protected] is toll free number and also this information was never conveyed to me earlier. Amount debited but mobile number not recharged

Sir,

I have recharged an airtel mobile number [protected] on 12.06.2021 vide reference number [protected]IGALHMOKT7 for Rs. 129.00 but neither above said mobile has been recharged nor the said amount has been credited in my bank account.

Hence it is requested to reimburse the said amount to my bank account immediately.

Sms not going through

I am a very old customer of Airtel. I recharged my phone with Rs.2495.00 with all india numbers free + 2 GB per day data. I had to send an SMS to SBI on 567691to unlock my credit card. The SMS was not going. I was informed that this is a special number and that the annual pack of 2495 does not cover the said numbers for SMS. So I recharged with Rs.79.00 on 29.06.2021. I'm complaining about the failed transaction

Amount deducted but recharge not done by airtel

I had done a recharge through airtel thanks app of Rs 598/- on 26/06/2021 for my mobile number [protected] . The airtel thanks app shows that Rs.40/- off for recharging the same 598 plan. I select recharge now option on the app and select amazon pay as payment mode. It shows that I have to pay Rs.558/- after discount. Scam and 4g fraud

Address:osmanabad Bypass road shams co-operative society.

For months I have been trying to complain to airtel that after the daily limit of 4g data pack which is 3gb per day, the top up or the extra data which has been recharged of 251rs 50gb data, it doesn't get used after daily data is over!

Instead of switching to the extra backup data I get notifications to recharge! Data limit is over! I try restarting the device, turning the airplane mode On Off.. then i try clearing the cache...

Amount debited but mobile number not recharged

Requested to refund

Hi team,
I have requested to install the xstream fiber connection for that I paid rs 3569 . Before collection the money the representative was taking calls and calling me for all the details. Later that he didn’t even responded properly and didn’t do the installation on time. So I have requested to refund my amount asap. Really not satisfied with ur services and way you treat the customer once they paid. I haven’t get any refund...

Wrongful automatic subscription

Automatic charges were levied without following govt guidelines of sending reminder at least 3 days prior. Raised a complaint with them on June 15. I was asked to send screenshot of transaction. After that I got no update. 2 weeks have passed. They kept repeating the same generic message and refuses to callback even when requested to....

Port in fraud

Network issues and low download and upload speed

Dear airtel my location is 229201 and i am having 8 airtel user in my family and in my area maximum people is having airtel operator but we all are having the same same issue and that is network coverage and low download and upload speed.
I complained many times but our problem is not solved yet. Other operators like jio and vi is providing far better service at a competitive price.
It's my request to airtel to solve our problem...

Amount Taken but connection not installed

Reference Airtel Xstream Fibre Application No: [protected]
I purchased a new connection on 26th June, and was told to get it installed in 2 hrs. Due to the Airtel commitment I discontinued my existing internet connection.
Since then I have been following up continuously however the connection has not been installed until now.

Prepaid recharge not successful 28/06

I have recharged my mobile number through my debit card for Rs. 598 on 28th June 2021 and received an SMS with transaction reference number that the amount was debited of Rs. 598. Bank transaction was completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I received no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account. Regarding wrong recharge through website.

Mistakenly I have entered wrong number when I was recharging through website then how can I redirect the recharge to my current number.
Also I don't have transaction ID else I have Order ID as I have done recharge through website....
