i have called Airtel customer care center on 198 no. for complaint about balance reduction. they told me you are active other pack so your balance is deducted but I could not active any pack. i realize that for each customer care call they cut 10 Rs from my balance for 2 minute.till its going on after stop calling.
they block my number on *121# and 198 service...

Quality of service for compliant

Sir

From past two weeks i am not receiving all the channels airtel digital tv. Even after complaining with the customer care several times and even after escalating to their Area supervisor, Floor manager no one turned up to rectify the issue. in middle of last week i had received an sms saying the issue is resolved but in reality its not resolved. Not sure how to the service back from Airtel

Amount not recharged

Bad service and cheating

Dear Sir,

This is regarding the poor service given to me by Airtel DTH over the last 2 months. I have been constantly facing problems of DTH connectivity at my home. It started on 28th july when i first faced the problem when there was no proper DTH connection. The engineer came after 3 days of regular complaint and he charged me Rs.100 as visiting charges and an extra Ra.100 for changing the bottom rod of the Dish antennae...

No Network coverage from 10 days

Airtel applies a policy of "CUSTOMER DO NOT CARE". My number is [protected]. From the past 10 days i am facing network coverage issues. Till now, I have lodged 3 complaints. All of them are either cancelled or resolved. Till now, I have not even got a single call from the support team on this.
