non selling coupons

i am a retailer of airtel mobile services under distributor ramesh kumar near new bus stand mahilpur
the main issue is that the distributor forced me and also the other retailers for buying couon of amount rs.350 only (rs25 top up & rs 30 full talk time coupon) or other non selling coupons with every transaction of lapu balance otherwise no lapu balance issued to me or also other retailers. so we all are facing a very big problem...

this is venkatesan.s from trichy at east chinthamani... my phone number [protected]..i don't know whether the problem is in signal or modum.. the net connection was automatically gone while m accessing the net... after 1 or 2 hours later the singal comes in.... i have this type of problem every day.... so i was distrubing to accessing the net.... there is no benefit for me to get a airtel net connection.......

Hi,

This is Kalpesh Shah. I opted for Airtel Fixed line + Broad Band connection since June 2011. I paid advance rental of INR 10909 for one year in June 2011 for fixed line number:[protected] account number [protected].

Inspite of making full payment in advance, neither I am getting proper service and the connection is non-operational since last Friday and the irony is that I am being charged for this non-functional...

this to inform that the rupees 24 sms pack that had been launched recently is not working and i have already lost 48 rupees in it

the response of customer care is very poor as the computerized responses dont direct the calls to the customer care and if seldomly it is connected , the bpo personel just disconnect the calls.

this very same problem is faced by several people in dehradun and we are planning to take...

Deduction of Rs 99 from my mobile account

on 21/01/12, at about 4:30pm , I got a message from airtel"Thnks for using Pack Purchase subscription Service from Airtel.You have been charged Rs 99"
I do not understand what is this service and why the company deducated Rs 99 from my mobile account for such a service( Pack Purchase subscription Service ) which I never demanded
So your goodself is requested that the above amount should...

Excessive dongle bill, through the dongle has not been used

This is to inform you that on the 22nd of November, 2011 i had purchased an Airtel 3G - USB modem (dongle) of a postpaid connection (number : [protected]). I hardly used the mentioned connection for about a week, but then in the end of 18days, i was delivered a bill amounting to Rs. 1000.

I fail to understand that, firstly, how can you'll send a bill amounting to Rs. 10000 when i have hardly used...

Worst Data Card Speed,bill and customer services

I was under a Datacard plan Rs.1250/ per month for 12.gb free data usage with 7.2mbps speed limit but the speed i received was worst which is just 15kbps for whole of the 2months i used. for one month i just used the datacard for 7days and they charged me Rs.44,000/= on that particular month bill and finally charged me Rs.5000plus saying that they are offering a discount for heavy usage. i dont know what is this rubbish statements. worst...
