on 12th October 2020 i have recharged Rs.598 plan to my new (MNP) airtel SIM via debit card.
the amount got deducted from my account. but plan didnt get recharge.
Please look and help to resolve the same query.

As it is corporate number, it is used for promotion and available on sites.

I found something strange since 9 th Oct. Someone did shopping from my Ajio wallet for Rs. 6000 . I even did not received any confirmation SMS .
This person hacked my Airtel account and logged in my Ajio account through OTP which he is using since 9 th October. He is accessing SMS services of my number....

I have an Airtel phone number 954001**** As this number is used for corporate promotion. So it's available on sites as well.
Since 9 th October, I found something strange.. someone hacked my Ajio app account . Used my wallet amount of Rs. 6000 for shopping. Then I have checked and notice since 9 th October, I have not received even single message on my phone.

This person hacked my number and any OTP and any other confirmation,...

I paid amount yesterday(10/10/2020) on airtel but that got debited from the bank but recharge not done. Now the problem is airtel doesn't have a good customer care service and they are not responding. I just would like to get my refund back....

This is regarding the new connection applied for.

and DTH order number is 53403539.

Due to some reason connection could not be established at my home.

So, I requested Airtel Xstream Dish to please cancel the connection and refund the amount paid by debit card to my concerned account.

Sir, it has been 5 months since I've not been able to browse or use internet . I've register about 5 complaints since May 2020. Everytime I contact to customer care service of airtel they some date and ask me to wait for 7 days 10 days but problem is still going on. I've to attend online lectures and I've not been able to do that . In my village there isn't any service of broadband so I don't have any other options but to stick with the mobile...

Though air-tel makes a lot of fraudulent ads about solving the complaints of its consumers but in fact they are the biggest cheats in whatever endeavor they are engaged in !

Submitted PORT IN request 1 week before from Vi to AIRTEL for 2 numbers, out of which 1 got ported successfully, while other is NOT registered on NETWORK since last 2 days. There is no reply from Vodafone as well as AIRTEL.
Vodafone is least bothered for OUTGOING customer, but atleast AIRTEL must resolve the case for NEW customer into their family.
Don't know whom & where to approach, can TRAI help into this ??

Hi,

Recently Airtel has put one pole right infront of my site.

I am planning to construct my house now and this pole, will obstruct both construction and drive way to my house.

Ideally such poles should be in right in between 2 houses, so that it does not obstruct anyone. Since my site is empty, you cannot put it there and trouble common people.

Please get it moved asap.

Yesterday I had recharged my mom's airtel number with my airtel thanks account. The recharge was unsuccessful and it was written that ' if your amount is debited, the recharge will be done or you'll get refunded within 5-10 mins.
