I was recharged of ₹449 but transaction was failed and the money was dabited from my account. But don't get back my refund till now

I am using airtel Since 2 yrs And From the There is tower Range Of 2 only It Not Get Increase But Decrease Regulary and I started Complaining From 4 months But no one Is Solving my issue And I Visited To store Then The Said Use Thanks app to Conplain I already Complain 20 Times they said then We dont know what to do ...since I started Complaining They said There Will be New Tower will come In Month Of may then They said It will be In june...

I want to activate esim for my airtel number but my email is not updated as per there record, i called to customer care they told it is updated but still i am not able to initiate esim process...

I recently got a new broadband connection, discontinuing my old connection inorder to change my billing name. So that I could claim my internet expenses from my organization. Now, the name details in my new connection is misspelt.

And I have been following up with the person who created the account multiple times, not able to get a proper response him as well....

My airtel sim is not working in uae. It was working before. But it’s not working now. And showing no service. I have tried all options like restarting, putting it in airplane mode even i have put the sim in different mobiles no use. It didn’t work. It’s very urgent. Kindly have a look on it and please do the needful....

Last 7 days i am trying register my mail id and every time they give me a new date...

Money taken in September with promised installation on August 5th. Company now refusing to make connection on August 26th. Wish to file complaint for non-performance and deficiency in service as customer is suffering huge loses on a daily basis....

For the past two days days i send mails regarding the unstable net connection and there had been no reply regarding the mails i have send

I haven’t used My airtel connection for 4 months and my account is deactivated however my bill is being generated, I cannot and will not pay inadmissible amount of 3083.29, I just need to pay you 1 month bill and I have requested for my broadband surrender many times already the connection has not been used for over 4 months, I hope you do the needful and respectful thing....

Airtel good Network is not for long, nor is it being cured, will we the people switch from Airtel or Airtel will take immediate action on this issue? We faced very bad network issues, we can't get a clear voice, also very very low internet speed, we are unable to open just Google, there is a very call drop problem.

The amount of Rs 149 has been debited on Amazon UPI from bank having reference ID[protected].Please refund the money aa requested....

I being a student during this pandemic have to attend online classes and connect to all source and apps to my study materials with this horrible network I am not able to connect to my online classes, how am I suppose to get a degree with this horrible network it was fine till mid last year but suddenly it got so worst and has not got any better, I really need to connect to internet with fast connectivity for nothing else but for my studies,...

There is no sign of network in phone, in spite of recharging my phone there is showing no recharge happen...totally frustration and frustration and nothing happen....

I got a problem with my sim yesterday (It suddenly started showing no signal). I tried to change it into a different phone and it worked fine. Other sims are also working fine in my mobile. So I got a new duplicate sim(with same number) today. It was fine for one min and I got a message stating "Please restart your handet" I did the same. But after restarting it is again showing No signal. Please state this problem ASAP....

I attempted to recharge my airtel number [protected] on august 24th for unlimited pack rs.399/- through airtel app, the amount got deducted and i didn't receive any confirmation from their side instead it's showing recharge pending status in the app. How can i get a refund on the money lost.?

I have recharged in my prepaid mobile from myairtel app via amazon upi app on 24th August, 2020. Though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile no. The bank reference ID is[protected].
I have tried to contact airtel customer care cell but there is no human contact there and all the prerecorded options do not satisfy my query. I also tried...

In ads airtel pretending that they valued their customer. But in-ground reality... Things are different. From 4 5 days i'm trying to call from my number but it's not working. I'm trying to speak to customer care. But that option is also not coming. On top of that, there is not an option on mobile to file complaint. I made 400 inr recharges... But still not working but day by day they are eating my money. Very disappointed.

It is hereby to inform you that there is issue in the bill of August. There is issue in Taxation part of the bill....

Hi Team,

It has been very frustrating experience with airtel. For my broadband [protected], i have paid the bill 2 additional times work Rs 531 ( 531*2 = 1062) to Airtle for my july bill. I have not yet got any sensible response from them and they still cut my connection this month and i have paid them august bill as wll now.

I need them to repay back my 1062 Rs that they hold...
