Hello!

I own a Airtel 4G Hotspot on a family add-ons pack (3 regular + 1 data sim).
My billing cycle starts from 2nd of every month to 1st of Next month.
After 20th, I'm not able to use the internet even for googling and the usage shows I have free data bytes left since unused data rolls over.
And even when the cycle kicks in, the speed ranges from 80-120 kbps, I'm talking ads buffering on Youtube. br...

Who had approved new site for tower installation on our land...

On 4-8-2020 i have a load cash transaction from airtel payment bank with the tansaction id being[protected] money got debited and for which i have received status as payment successfull but i am not credited with the amount.
And i have also raised a complaint for the same but received mail saying that money has been refunded on the same day, but i didnt get any money refunded back...

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 49 on 5th august 2020 and received an sms of the amount deducted from my bank of rs. 49. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

On 3/8/2020 @ 9:01 am, I tried to recharge my number [protected] for Rs. 698 plan from the airtel website. Amount was deducted from my bank account but recharge was not done. This complaint is regarding a fraud engineer from Airtel who, for the greed of money, knowingly and intentionally spoilt my DTH dish while repairing my neighbor’s DTH dish.
