I have been using a new airtel 4g pre-paid sim since 1st week of june. Until about a month ago i was getting the speed o[censored]p to 4 to 7mbps when i measure it using speedtest.net application. Since last 2 weeks the speed has been very badly hit and is pathetic now at 0.57mbps to 1.2mbps when i measure at different intervals of the day. Hi,

On apr13 2020, i had made 6 translation to airtel against monthly bill (Inr 597). This was due to application error. However out of 6 transaction 3 has been reverted. And 1 had been paid for the bill.
Remaining 2 transaction is not reverted till date (Inr 1194).

For the past 4 months i opted monthly subscription and the days were reduced between 28-29 instead month. Today i did recharge to my account [protected] for my pack that quoted rs.610 and upon paying got message with 28 days subscription instead of 31 days.

I am from non resident of India and i am using Airtel prepaid number with international roaming for receive OTP.
Two weak ago suddenly stopped detecting sim card and i have done re inserting sim card and restarting device multiply times same issue also tried inserting sim card another device again same problem
then i have contacted customer care not fixed my sim card issue

I recharged my number [protected] from Airtel App through SBI net banking. I got a message that payment is initiated and a reference number and money is deducted from sbi account but not recharged .
