I am having this broadband issue every month from airtel where internet stops working and then members from airtel visit to fix the cable. Sometimes it takes 2-3 days also to get fixed. Problem is I am getting this issue every month. When I was using Jio\Act earlier I never faced this issue. If there was any issue they used to fix in 2-3 hours only.

They had stopped my internet service for 1 month, but have still sent me a bill despite multiple requests to terminate the service. Now they constantly harass via calls to transfer and not terminate. I have already paid my previous bill, and they have sent a fresh bill for internet which they had blocked for 1 month....

This is with regards to the issue of illegitimate billing due to default activation of international roaming facilities from Airtel. The sequence of events is as listed below.

I want to port my airtel sim to another provider but everytime i tried to send port message to 1900 i get below reply
"UPC cannot be generated as there is subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider."
I visited airtel office 2 times, i tried to sent email to airtel help centre, I called airtel customer care number many time but there is no solution of my problem...

My airtel sim does not work internet plz solv this problam...

I recently ported my airtel SIM from prepaid to postpaid. My existing SIM got deactivated, I've inserted the new SIM card but I am unable to activate it as there is no network on it. It's been 24hours and I am unable to use my number....

After porting to airtel, am unable to receive any verification messages from certain numbers. I tried a different connection and am receiving the messages. So i raised a complaint with airtel, they're ignoring my complaint and closing complaints on silly reasons. Am unable to login to my accounts and causing unnecessary time loss and issues. I had ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel. It has been activated on 18th October 2022 and surprisingly people who are calling me, receiving a message that the "number does not exist" or please check the number you have dialed ". I'm using Airtel Black Postpaid Connection since January 2022.
I was promised that i will be getting great service and better internet Connectivity than prepaid.
I'm facing lot of internet Connectivity issue since day 1.
I'm complaining them every 15 days once, they will take complaint request and close it automatically after 15 days.

I am currently in Canada and had my India number as eSIM in my iPhone. I changed my phone and transferred my eSIM to new phone. However, after transferring, the eSIM was deactivated by Airtel after a couple of days. This has impacted me a lot as all my important transactions were being done using that number and Airtel has refused to provide any assistance in this matter.
