R/sir, i, rohit kumar mishra, airtel mobile no. [protected], i have recharged my said mobile no. With rs. 399/- on 10 % discount i. E rs. 349/- through my airtel app on 03/05/2019. But my said no. Not recharged with said amount and rs.349/- have debited from my account. As on date my said amount rs. 349/- not refunded to me.in this regard it is requested to your good office. Please refund to me rs.349/- at the earliest....

When ever I try to call someone the call
gets connected to some unknown person. In the same way when my friends try to call me they get connected to another person. I am facing this problem of cross connection from the past one week.

Kindly solve the problem else I would ha e to change the network!!!...

By default it has been paid twice from the bank of baroda internet account. I request to solve the issue and revert back to me as early as possible

I had changed my plan online to 649 monthly rental on my number [protected] where we can have one add on number free for lifetime. I tried to add my alternate number [protected] but was unable to do it online, so i called the customer service spoke to the rep and was told that they will add the add on number. I had gone out of mumbai for 2 months and when i came back i was shocked to see that the number was not added and i was billed seperately...

I am using airtel from last two months and the quality of network is very low in my area. Despite of several calls to customer care the only solution they provided was "you need to go out of your home to enjoy our uninterrupted network". Thanks for this third class network coverage. "we build a tower every our" is what you say, isn't it? I guess you should build two or more towers every hour with respect to what you have. Totally disappointed...

I purchased a airtel prepaid sim in the month of march'19. Since than 4g/3g signals are too weak, in house as well as outside. I seldom am able to use internet. I made complaint at local level with no avail. They said, possibly my handset is old (Samsung s4/2015). So i purchased new handset vivo v11 spending 24000/-.
But no change in signal status. Later on i also sent mail to airtel. They replied that we are working on it. But still...

I have just portable number in to airtel postpaid. And i am not able to use internet from yesterday morning. When i try to call on 121 and 198 and press 9 to talk customer care executive person then automatically call get cut. I have tried to call on 12118 they have raised service tickets, reference number :[protected] and[protected] respectively. And both are closed now, but still i am not able to access internet....

Dear sir, this is dr anil kumar p, i lost my mobile so i blocked my airtel mobile number, so i visited nearest customer care for sim replacement/duplicate sim, they asked me to pay 150/- which is unfair, i said customer care said 25/-, they refused to listen, asked to go to mahbubnagar/hyderabad which is 20/100 km respectively. I request stop/cancel his license for cheating the person. vendor number [protected], refused to share his name....

I just received a fraud call and he has my complaint details. He said that he want my debit card details to verify my transaction and revert the action of last recharge. But smartly i won't give him all these details because i knw airtel is not responsible for refund and they never ask for card details they already have all details.
