about sim swap options in mitra

Dear sir, sim swap option in airtel mitra app is not showing, i tried with uninstall & again new version install but still not the option is showing. Everyday my customers returned from my shop, they came for sim replacement, but i can't help them. I also contacted airtel customer care but they not helped me. My lapu no. [protected]. recharge has not done properly though given an offer

dth charges extra

My actual plan cost is 340 and with the ncf charges have been as rs.222 that means around 60% of the amount is ncf. This is horrible and now total monthly charges became rs.577/- which is not even affordable. Even government are trying to impose ncf charges to customers. And i am sure airtel is playing a smart game here. They are not picking my call and also diverted to the other. Why watching tv is more expensive. I want justification otherwise...

dth ala-carte channels selection problem

As per TRAI's new rules for DTH
Channel selection not given by Airtel. I already suffering from that last fifteen days i can't select channels from MyAirtel App and Airtel.in .
I select channels two times from channel number 998 and sent qr code message to airtel. But all-time channel selection changed and show only which system choose automatically.

very bad postpaid network

no signal in set top box

I have a dth connection of airtel i'd no. [protected]. The dth services are disrupted due to no signal in set top box. I have complained to service provider. They have charged r's. 150 service charge+ 270 for adapter and 200 for changing the set top box on 04 feb 2019. But within 10 days the same problem emerged. amount debited and not refund

2 different tariffs showing in my dth connection

I have selected my new plan based on the new TRAI guidelines.

However, i see two different amounts when i check under the connection tab: Rs 365.03 and Rs 416.03 (Please refer the attached screenshots).

Please let me know why there are two different amounts showing up, and the DBR seems to be as per 416.03 whereas 365.03 is the correct tariff.

airtel dth apathy

I am amit dubey with having airtel dth connection [protected]-001 & 002.

I was having infinity pack with airtel for my both connections as above.

In line with trai guidelines i have created two different packages in 31st jan 19 afternoon around 12 pm with request numbers 245943 for 001 and 239978 for 002.

However to my surprise and shock from 07 feb suddenly and abruptly all my channel got stopped...

junction box relocation request

incorrect bill falsely charged to me

I have been an airtel user for 9 years and yet the company disregarding this fact filed an incorrect outstanding bill of rs. 60, 000 claiming it to be international roaming charge. This is highly unacceptable to charge a sum so huge to customers who haven't even used the network during that time frame. I was in a wi-fi zone, there is no chance o[censored]sing airtel 3g even for a min.

I have spoken to the customer care multiple times...

After 1 week i took the same number from the airtel office, pandeshwar, mangalore it was prepaid before, so i asked them to make it prepaid itself but he told it is added in the family plan and now these people r telling me to pay again telling its post paid and asking to pay when it is prepaid. I belong to jabalpur (M. P)... Area wright town... I have taken airtel broadband about 6 months ago... The basic plan was 8mbps and unlimited data... I only gotten 2mbps speed and commitment that within a month ypur speed will be upgraded to 8mbps with my guarantee... Amd today after 6 months maybe more they are just delaying me with there fix sentence that " work is still going on for your area to upgrade the speed" who cares......
