They are not providing proper services

I am user of Airtel Broadband with 3 connection.
Airtel is not providing proper service and support. Their customer care team is very rude also service provide is not resolving.

Airtel Sim Card Transfer

Hello

I would like to call out an extremely dissatisfied customer service from Airtel.

12th May 2022, I had raised a request with J P Nagar Airtel office to get my office mobile number to be transferred to my personal account as I had a long term travel to the US. The request number is[protected]. The associate at the store mentioned it would take 5 days for the transfer.

Bill payment not updated on Airtel app

A complaint regarding Airtel is that I have paid my postpaid bill 3 times and every time I money was debited from my account still I am unable to make any call. Broadband connection delays

I processed and paid for Airtel broadband connection as on 18th August. They told me that I will get the connection on 18th of August and for that reason I bought the connection from Airtel
Now it’s 23rd August and now they are telling me that the connection will take 1 month so you can process for cancellation and my amount will be refunded in 15 days.

This is not the way a consumer is treated. If they were not able...

30 days recharge only

All sim card company is charging more price for but they are not giving recharge of 30 days and they are harassing consumer and making there own profit please take it on high priority basis and give 30 days recharge with less recharge price...

Coatomer care not helping

Wrong pack recharged

Wrong pack recharged on my prepaid number of rupees 2999 and i wanted to recharge 3359 and mistakenly recharged of rupees 2999.

Didn't receive the cashback on recharge.

I have recharged an Airtel number with a fixed cashback, on Aug 21, 2022 at 7:52 pm. On Airtel Payment Banks. It had a cashback offer of ₹10 to ₹30 (atleast ₹10) but didn't receive any cashback. And no response on from the company on the app.

Disconnection of services to Airtel Landline

I have approached an Airtel executive for a landline connection. He told that if broadband connection is taken, we can have the landline availability also.
So I have taken a Broadband Connection along with a Landline connection from Airtel Agency in April 2022.

On 21/08/22 I did a transaction of Rs. 549 on Airtel thanks app 2 times but msg of fail has come though amount of Rs.549 got deducted from my account 2 times. I'm not doing the recharge again afaird that they will again deduct money....

Refund not processed more than 100days

I had made Airtel broad band bill payment of Rs 2179.44 on 18th April 2022 and letter When i got next month bill Airtel claims that they have refunded Rs 1422 on 28th April which i have not received till date.

Request for Pending Refund

I have done an advance payment of 1500 Rs approximate for the UPS Product of Airtel on July 10, since then I have been following up with them for the refund for the same.
Neither they were responding over the mail nor giving any reponse on the refund part.
It’s now been a month for chasing them over calls n emails but no response has been received from them....
