This is a complaint against my mobile no. [protected] i have asked many times from airtel for the portability or a prepaid sim card by they are not taking my request and demanding for bill payment all the time.in the month of may airtel disconnect my connection dt 23.05.2018 and still demand for full and final bill payment, i got frustrated with their service but still i paid rs 1415 as the full and final payment via transaction no. Unnecessary service started without my consent
In my cell phone received the following message
Adofgames service has been renewed @ rs 25.0 for 7day (S) from your airtel mobile. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223. More services, click http://56789.airtel.in
And so on.
I want my recharge money and company charged unnecessary charges without my consent...

prime zone services

I got a message saying that rs.20 has been deducted from my account though i am not using any primezone service. I have received today 18th september on early hours @4.44am. Please check and refund my deducted amount. Please acknowlege my complain. Message appears like below:"thanks for using primezone. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789"....

rs 20 deducted two months - primezone

Hi my number +91 [protected]. I be been deducted RS.20 for Aug and see 2018 saying I be used Airtel primezone.. what is this actually we ve not opted anything like this and request you to stop this one and refund our 40rs amount.. why these type of reduction happening without any informations, how the poor ppl who doesn't know to raise complaint will solve this.. this is not good

recharges are not done

my number request

Hi my name is gagan walia i have reqested to port my number from vodafone to airtel.. And on 17 sep at 11:30 pm my vodafone services was shut and when i called airtel for the help in revert they told me that i have to to go to there store and i have to collect sim from there and after that i have to wait for another 4 houre to activate.. My only question is why they shut my service in the mid night... How will responsible for any lose...

# unnecessary balance deduction

There is a deduction of money from my main balance on daily basis. Daily 1 or 5 rs is being deducted i just want to ask you # people of airtel that is the way to treat the customers by deducting money even when no added services are on. Are you guys so poor to take 5 rs on daily basis from a common person! Airtel is #! Im badly madly fed up with this. Solve my problem or else im gonna make a big # towards it though i guess 5 rs is nothing...

I am using ur sim for about 4 years but i hadnt faced any problem up to now. thanks for your service. but in the last two months i am getting mszs as already said in the subject.first i got a msz saying 20rs got deducted on 28-8-18 for using bakthi sagar portrait after a month again 20rs got deducted on 17-9-18- for using prime zone. i havent used any service. please consider my complait & refund my money i.e Rs.40.

no network coverage and internet speed is worse

I have been loyal customer more than 10years.. I hate paying so much for useless network.. All the distortion and low network coverage is what we are getting.. Only thing very prompt at deductions of service which hasn't been fulfilled.. I need plan of action to at least provide service as we are paying regardless to all the stupid reasons you dig out.....

astrohub service charges taken 200 (50+50+50+50) without my knowledge

astrohub service charges taken 4 time taken

Astrohub service charges had taken already when i recharged last month
August 2018. Toaday also they charged Rs50/- the same charge was taken
by Air Tel (17.09.2018) Automatically service taken. I never like any other
service except calls only. Hiden service charges are taken by Airtel without
informing customer...

I'm not able to send messages to any number.

I'm not able to send messages from Airtel number, I've visited to store twice and they have checked and suggested to change the SIM, I did that but SIM not activated yet. I raised the complaint with customer support executive thrice but there is no use. Very poor service from Airtel....

My mob connection [protected] is 19 yrs old for the last one yr+ no network signal . nos of complaints by mails and by tel calls to customer care .reply recd "we are working on this, but how long more than one yr -78% 80% drop calls.still bill paid. last bill for Rs. 303 not paid NO SERVICES NO PAYMENT." Services disconnected Advice further action ....

I had recharged my airtel number with Rs.2998 International roaming pack online airtel.in while in India. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the recharge is not reflected in my account. I am abroad now in Japan. I keep mailing at their [protected]@airtel.com, but they only ask me to call on 121. I am unable to make any calls right now. Please help.

unnecessary balance has deducted

I have to write this mail because Airtel is decreasing its quality of service toward their customers. Several time my balance have deducted but this time it is ENOUGH.
My unlimited pack ended on 16 September at mid night 12:00AM. I have used mobile data till 11:30PM. I am not able to understand how balance can deduct. Total 27 rupee have deducted.
So I connected to customer care and someone Jyoti Parjapati was talking to me....

Two weeks ago my STB was not working .The STB was replaced and got activated after 16 hours .Again that STB was not working and a Service Engineer came on 15/09/2018 at 12.10 pm after checking he informed me that the STB will be replaced soon. later another engineer came at 4 .00 pm after replacing STB once again, he said since it is a new STB it will be activated with one hour. political untouchability of airtel dth by using their service

Respected sir Iam Hari parambil from anchal .am the vice President of BJP chadayamangalam constituency.we haven't get janam TV in Airtel DTH . We are called so many time to Airtel sub agency at Bharathipuram. always they asked id numbers and told the Chanel will adding soon .but we didn't get still.we contact them at least 9 times in last weeks. I think the problem is on the basis of political ajanda against janam TV .so we compel to act...

I am complaining about the network

Want to inform u that i[censored] will not make correction in previous bills & give wave-off to us. Otherwise we will approach to consumer-firm. That's up to you you make correction in your mistake of non informing to a corporate user for tariff plan update (Change). You had charging us accordingly previous high bill plans. This is not the fair dealing with costumer. I will prove in the firm...
