Hey consumer complaints,

Unknown recharge was made from my account i.e my talk time balance of airtel prepaid service and my balance got deducted.
Play zone pack was activated, i have no clue how it was activated.
I have faced similar auto pack activations and balance deduction

I have not been receiving incoming calls for the past two weeks. Whoever is calling on my mobile number [protected], is calling them "busy". But outgoing calls are not having any difficulty. I have use J2 SAMSUNG phone and Airtel 4G SIM. I have tried all the tricks. Changed the slot of the SIM from 01 to 02, it also did not profit. I am complaining to airtel since 2017 for 4g internet speed and voice quality. They always give the link of open-network page. On open-network, it shows excellent 4g and voice quality but in reality it is very very very slow and frustrating. I can't even search anything on google. I am a regular customer of airtel mobile prepaid internet connection. I am using airtel mobile internet since 20 days. Airtel signals not displayed properly as a result i could not connect to any network. The blank airtel signals do not allow me to connect to network and access internet connection. The airtel network is making fake claims, it is become worse day by day. The network is fluctuating too frequently, it has no stability at all. The company has claimed that airtel is the fastest network, but it's becoming the slowest. The fluctuation of network is irritating and disgusting. If this problem is not resolved as soon as possible, then airtel will be in a great loss for sure....
