I have mistakenly recharge wrong airtel number via paytm. Need your help in reverting that amount back in may paytm account.
Wrong recharged number-[protected].
Recharge amount-448.
Paytm transaction number-[protected]
Correct number was-[protected].

I admit its my mistake but sicne its a great amount really want it back. Please do the helpful. It was pretty urgent so i recharged my correct...

I have moved to bangalore two weeks past. And since then my mother whenever try to call me, the call never connects, no bell rings, no computerized information is given that the number is unreachable or switched off nothing and just the call gets ended. I am using airtel for last 10 months and i am unable to use my internet due to very low speed which is due to poor signal quality. I have purchased a duplicate sim from airtel store because my old sim was stolen but it's now third day my sim was not activated yet.
I already visit more than 10 times to airtel store but they told that your sim was activated but in reality sim is not activated..

Hi. I have a airtel sim (Purchased and used in india for over a year) and i am on a vacation in the usa until november 30th 2018.
When i arrived on 15th august 2018 i have got the signal of at & t and have been receiving the regular sms for 2 weeks after my arrival in the country.
But i haven't been getting the signal (Displays no service) or sms since 27th august 2018.

I am a airtel user for the last 13 years and not a single default in payment till date. I was shocked to get a reminder for payment due on 30th august '2018 with a late fee of rs. 100/-. I have not received the bill and i have made several complaints at the airtel office at chandra layout but of no use.

I have made the full payment of rs. 1075 including rs. 100 late fees....

I have requested to shift my broadband to my new address. I received message that it will completed by 3 days, but after 5 days, no engineer contact me for the same. Also., When I call customer care representative, he said if you want to disconnect they will disconnect my connection. But they won't install broadband in my new address before 10 days, when I asked him that message said it will take 3 days. He raised my disconnection request....

Airtel have activate some "namkeenpack" (I dont know what is this) sms service to my mobile no [protected] and deducting every week rs35/- and automatic renewal every week with out my concern.

I request to look into this and advise to "deactivate" this service with immediate effect as i already loose rs70/- for last two weeks.

I try to send deactivate sms @155223 but it is not going through and bounce back.br...

I have been charged for system generated international messages for my number. I raised a complaint and they have given me waiver in previous month and requested to call me again to get the waiver after new bill generation. I am using airtel for last 6 months. It seem i did not see bad network than airtel, whenever i am at my home. I cant use my internet due to very low speed. Whenever i complaint at their complaint no. The had acitivated " MOBISTORE" Service on 25th May, 18( Seriously still I don't know what we can do with this service). Started to deducting the amount Rs.70 every 7days without my knowlege.

I recharged my mobile no with ₹399 and it didn't showed but amount was deducted. So i recharged again with 399 on the same number and i received the confirmation message of the second recharge was done, but from my bank money cut for 2 times.

Today, i was charged rs 35 from my prepaid balance for a service called games world service. This was activated on my mobile at 6:18 am today (03/09/2018) for a period of 7 days without my permission or my asking for the same.

Suddenly on 3rd september 2018, the Airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone. All of no use.
All this without any intimation from Airtel. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind due to this carelessness from the service provider.

This is sanjay yadav from kalka ji new delhi 110019 (place tughlakabad extn)since for last 4 days i am unable use mobile data properly my airtel number is [protected].i have regularly call to customer care to solve this but they told me it will solve at the end of september month.

My internet is not working well from last 2 weeks. Speed is so poor like 2g speed. And downloading speed is very very poor. I am using 4G smartphone and recharged net pack of 448 of 2gb per day limit.
I am able to use u tube, fb etc etc properly. Internet is 4g but it gives 2g speed only. I also complained to customer care about this. But no action taken yet.
