In year 2006 Airtel SIM card i had purchaed in my name Shivalingayya B Hiremath recently the same Airtel No. [protected] is issued to some one else customer, hence there is duplication of my number to other customer. please cancel the other customer number which was issued in the same of mine [protected]. look in to the matter soonly....

Due to unknown reason (S) it shows "debit freeze' on my account. I'm not being able to do any transactions.

In-spite of several requests airtel is not taking necessary step (S) to unblock...

Airtel customer care failing to register my disconnection request and has been charged 3 months usage charges. Very poor response from customer care and no one taking responsibility and inspire of almost 15 calls, not even a single call/ complaint has been registered.

This is to bring your notice regarding opening of my father's bank account in airtel bank without his approval and not even his notice. My father went to airtel retailer for linking his mobile number with aadhar card which is made mandatory by government of india. While registering aadhar number retailer opened airtle bank account on my father's name without informing him and now gas subsidiary from last two months are credited in airtel...

Almost every third day the internet connection is lost on my airtel broadband router. This is a serious problem as i use it got office and not home. I don't receive the physical copy of bill and then there are late bill payment charges added to the same how do i pay the bill without receiving it
Let me know what can be done or else i'll have to switch the network...

I am having an issue regarding 4g, 3g services in my area. I have lodged a complaint with airtel bearing sr no 81758919 dated 09 dec 2017 with a promise to resolve the same within 4 days. We have lost our landline connection and broad band connection more than 3 days ago. Also, It is more than 3 days now and their call center floor manager is saying that they cannot promise anything and if possible I can contact their senior management for this issue. Everyday we are calling them for the issue.
We are clueless and helpless now....

Its been 2 months and more I have given request to migrate my mobile number [protected] from post paid to pre paid, but still it is not yet done.

Just because of your poor service i have paid 2 months of bill without any usage.And all my banking and other works are impacted due to this.

I make contact with Nodal office also, they assured me to do it by 18/12/17 but not yet activated.

It is hugely disappointing that the customer service center of Airtel is absolutely ###! Pardon my language but you people don't have any sense of responsibility. Recently i have migrated from postpaid to prepaid. I got my prepaid network after a week after getting network i cannot recharge my number. I have called customer service they are saying just "sorry for the inconvenience caused". They are not resolving the issue. India's worst customer service.

Bill payment on airtel website does not allow paise.
The reason online payment and transactions are made is to transact in paise and decimals. However airtel website has been build in a very clever way to cheat customers. Bills are generated involving paise and when customer tries to input same in the amount due the bill amount gets rounded off to a higher denomination. It is disheartening to bring to your notice that i feel duped and no one is supporting me to change this belief. The incident log is as below:

I have recently moved from rt nagar to sarjapur, suncity gloria apartments (Bangalore) and had enquired for a broadband connection with airtel. A basic response from your team took over 2 weeks. I was given great hopes of discounts and was persuaded...

I was away from state last few months and due to inactive my sim card has been disconnected and check with airtel store, the sim card not able activate, according to store after some time airtel company will reissue sim card some where else, airtel store could not help me out!!!, as this number given to my friends and family... Its very important to get it back......

On 19th i couldn't use my data as well as on 20th due to some service error and i even coundnt connect to customer care to enquire about it and my data pack is of 448pack (1gb/day for 70days) is my data pack and when i called to customer care she spoke to me rude as well as when i told to check she told that option is not available and refund is impossible is this how airtel will loot money? 448/70=6.40ps were it was a loss for me in one...

I've contacted airtel customer care to activate my hotspot. I've paid 3000rs to get the connection on 11th dec'17. However the device is not activated yet, and customer care is not responding.
This connection was taken due to certain emergency, while they have taken the amount but services can't be used. Apart that the dial time takes long time and i m not able to reach their customer care guy....

We were provided with the information that we would be getting the day 10 gb data as soon as we upgrade our airtel sim into 4 g data so after getting updated sim we didn't got that offer as offer possibly received in 3 days.
