Debit freeze , submitted all the document still not unfreezing account

Hello Sir,
I am in trouble that my Airtel Payment bank account is freezed from 2nd April .so that all money(29087.10INR) got stucked and I can't withdrawal a single amount of money.. When I contacted to Airtel payment bank they demanded Kyc documents. I submitted all the documents 10th April, 13th April but only Msg I received from Airtel Payments Bank that Your restrictions will be lifted with In 2 working days.. Still my account...

SIm card is not working for OTP

I am using Airtel SIM (prepaid)since 2002.
Now I am working in Kuwait, I am recharged my connection with Rs 99 every month.Since last month I am unable to get OTP on my mobile. I have called all the help line no as well as my son/friend went to the airtel office also mailed to [protected]@airtel.com but no use they only replied customer should come their office, but right now it is not possible to come India.
I am requesting for eSIM...

Scamy Airtel Recharge Options

I have done recharge of 100 Rs on my number- [protected] on 14th April
It is not getting reflected in my phone, I am not able to use outgoing or incoming services for calling. When called to customer care number, IVR tells about the recharge is successful and asks to recharge again
please resolve my issue...

Airtel SIM not working in Saudi Arabia

I have Airtel prepaid SIM ([protected]) from Hyderabad, Telangana. Before leaving for Saudi I took international roaming service on it. The message was that it will be activated upon reaching the destination. But after reaching Riyadh it's not catching any network. This sim is linked with my bank. Stealing of data by Airtel Internet

I am an user of Airtel Internet. Airtel gives less data or steals data. I have plan of 2GB data per day and i am only able to use 1.7 GB of data after that Airtel shows that you have consumed your 100% daily data limit. Airtel cheats us daily of 300 MB data. Pls help...

Not getting incoming sms

Customer harassment - refusal to disconnect services

Refund issue

I have a refund from the amazon of rs 1299 But the money is not credit in my account its more than 20-25 day. My airtel account no [protected]. Refund reference number by amazon is #[protected]. I try many times to call bank customer care service but it doesn't want to resolve my queries. When I call on bank customer care number then it say to me it not bank fault call on amazon. I have done recharges of Rs. 100 twice, one on 11/04/22 (through Amazon Pay) and 13/04/2022 (Airtel App). When I call on customer care @ 121 it says I have a balance of Rs. 163 something but both my outgoing and incoming calls are inactive. Airtel app is also showing zero balance. Really pathetic service....

Not able to make/receive calls

I recharged my sim just 5 hours ago but when I make an outgoing call it says "insufficient balance to make call". I am very disappointed with the service, I tried reaching customer care but not an satisfactory answer was given. Now, what am I suppose to do now??...

Recharge Is Not done but money is deducted

Tried to recharge for my sister's airtel number for Rs.106/-, via Airtel Thanks App wallet, i filled all the required information, bank account details, otp and amount got deducted and recharge failed message shown by airtel thanks app .
There is no facility in Airtel to talk manually with customer care . I am in huge loss .
Please resolve my complaint asap, as i am a poor person, i can't afford such losses....
