Nothing less than a fraud app. Wastage of time & money for customers.
When any of the items you ordered are not available then they won't cancel the items, they won't give the refund. You keep on raising a request to customer care about it, they call us and tell that they will ask team to process refund but nothing happens. You raise multiple requests multiple days, same thing repeats. There is no way to contact app customer care directly, no email id nothing. Such a pathetic app.
