Ajio saying its non ajio product while returning

I had returned the product and after verify courier person picked up the product. I have been contacting ajio for refund but they are saying they have received non ajio product so they won't refund and reshipped the non ajio product. I had returned the ajio product and if they received non ajio they they should penalized courier because courier person picked the Ajio product from me. If it was non ajio then he wouldn't have picked up. Please...

Wrong product delivered and still didnt get refund

No pickup made

I raised a complain on 11th may for pickup and last date to pickup was 19th may...today is 20th May and they are saying we will pickup in some days and according to ajio return policy my last return date is 21st may ...so if they refuse to pickup after 21st may i can't raise return request again ......

They Cheated

Disgusting sevice ever.I ordered a blouse but git different one i created return 3-4 times and eveytime my return is getting cancelled by saying we are glad you changed your mind about return the product.I tried to CONTACT with thier CUSTOMER CARE but they are completly deniying i mailed too but havent got any solution they are saying same correct product was sent by our end.So who is responsible fir this.Is this my mistake if i got wrong...

Ajio delivered wrong product and not accepting the return

I had ordered jack and jones mens tshirts on first week of april . On 19th april i recieved my order but it was totally different from what i had ordered. I recieved reliance jio kids tshirts . On returning the product the customer care said we cant accept the product as it is not send by us.

Wallet cash unusable

The AJIO is not allowing to use my money at the wallet, it's the cash money added to the wallet, a part refunded for a return. However, the cash is being used to purchase items, it's showing the money, but not getting used. The Customer Care agents ate up my three hours over phone, but nothing happened. It's still there. The price of the item may increase tomorrow, etc, who would pay the difference? The AJIO points got expired in the passage...

Item not reflecting under order page and not able to return

The item that I bought from Ajio is not reflected under the order section of my profile page. It shows no items bought by me, and hence I'm not able to return the product. This is extremely poor service provided by Ajio team....

PNG gold coin fraud

We had placed an order for a gold coin which was delivered to us on April 6th.
Ajio ended us sending us a wrong product which was the cheaper Vedhani.
After a lots of follow ups, they took the product back.
Since than they are not refunding our money and just responding with their template based standard responses without assuring when they would do the actual refund.
This is a precious metals case where they are...

Return issue

Respected sir,

Return Issue/unnecessary pickup rescheduling

Address:its an online shopping app

My name is Saif, and I've requested for the return of a few items that I bought via the AJIO app last month.
The problem is that they don't want to pick up my return packages, which results in an unnecessary rescheduling of the return date. To make matters worse, after the return window has passed, they are cancelling my returns and telling me that I have exceeded the return window even though I submitted the request within two days...
