I have booked the flat in Ajnara elements for which I received delay in possession after more than 1 year. Now, the builder is imposing many additional charges like dual meter, water charges, IGL etc without any mutual consent signed. After doing lot of followup receiving no response except threatening mails for imposing late payment charges.
