For any kind of work related to maintained team of ajnara like suicidal attempt. So arrogant and deaf. Its been 3 days asked for just update in the electricity meter increased kilowatt....

It's been 2 months now. My upper flat people are jahil and maintenance team of society more jahil than them.

In common bathroom water leakage for 2 month from upper flat through false sealing. Given written complaint as maintenance was not responding.

Till date 25-10-20 problem as it is.

Feeling irritated what kind of society and what is the level of residents...

I have booked the flat in Ajnara elements for which I received delay in possession after more than 1 year. Now, the builder is imposing many additional charges like dual meter, water charges, IGL etc without any mutual consent signed. After doing lot of followup receiving no response except threatening mails for imposing late payment charges. Please help in checking with builder as the charges imposed are as per mutual agreement signed....

I have paid the registration fees in last September 2015 and registration will be after 2 months . Person who paid the fees after me, got registered their house. I not not getting the dates, even they are telling the expecting dates . Now they stopped talking about my registration. Also builder not rectifying the damaged product which is pending from possession....

I have purchased a flat in O -tower, Ajnara Daffodil since May'11. 1. Committed Possession date was Nov 2013 as per agreement. No confirmation on the possession date till date. When we are getting the flat? 2. Flat Area at the time of booking was 1085 sqft. As per the last communication from Ajnara, Area increased to 1277 sqft!!! Who will bear the extra charges?The maintenance charges will also increase, why should the flat owner bear...
