May of the employee's cheated to the company, this will happen with all small companies. CMM level companies they will be having contract agreement, bond, control of employee's. but small companies 50 or 100 employee's company will always face this kind of problem's with employs. We have all documents with us who cheated to company with id proof and address proof. if management decide we can produce their proof who cheated for company. With name company id proof. but cheap mentality people will do that kind of job. those who written like this review about company they knows very well company is not cheated them. my next review i will produce all document with proof. with offer letter, bank statement, how much salary they have taken, left this company without notice period, their apology written letter for company.
