one day i gone to attend interview there, and got selected in that company, they again called me for salary discussion.
i was expected 15000, but they convinced me for 10, 000 and in hand 9000.and notice period 15 days.. then i didn't accept bcoz i got this interview through consultancy so i need pay one month salary so i didnt accept.later that HR came and told me that yu need not pay any consultancy fee here. we ll help you like that they told then i said ok...some one came to know about consultancy and all matter in aksatech (telecaller) . she used to blackmail me, then i told this matter to HR and MD, , Finally they didn;t respond anything about this.Finally she told everything to consultancy, Suddenly they demanded to for my first month salary orelse told me to quit the job.Then i asked MD but again he convinced me and he given fake offer letter with salary 7000.he showed it to consultancy ..they said ok, even i paid half of my salary that is 4000, ..After few days they gave me my original offer that too after 1 and half month, in that they mentioned that 8000 in hand salary and 1 month notice period...I completely rejected it and i cried in office, and i have written mail to MD but he didn;t respond...so i put resignation letter and i quit job, But now my problem is still consultany asking for remaining money.They are going to give compliant on me..I m not getting any way..Even i don;t have money also and no family support, , ...Pls help me in this...Wat ever i told above is true only, , , Pls pls help me Was this information helpful? |
