May of the employee's cheated to the company, this will happen with all small companies. CMM level companies they will be having contract agreement, bond, control of employee's. but small companies 50 or 100 employee's company will always face this kind of problem's with employs.
We have all documents with us who cheated to company with id proof and address proof. if management decide we can produce their proof who cheated for company....

Cheated with offer letter regarding salary and notice period

one day i gone to attend interview there, and got selected in that company, they again called me for salary discussion.
i was expected 15000, but they convinced me for 10, 000 and in hand 9000.and notice period 15 days.. then i didn't accept bcoz i got this interview through consultancy so i need pay one month salary so i didnt accept.later that HR came and told me that yu need not pay any consultancy fee here. we ll help you...
