Hello team,
I recieved a Samsung refrigerator double door 301 ltr. But it is a damaged product, dent is in the body. I have requested to flipkart to replace it but didn't any response and now they are saying it is the decision of seller.
Your products are really pathetic, very much disappointed. Please look into this matter and replace my product. Let me know if you want any other information

We had a discussion with Flipkart and they are giving multiple time dates for resolution. Now the situation is in bottleneck. Please look into this matter very seriously for return or replace damaged product

without any resolution flipkart marked our complaint as resolved. Each and every time they asking to upload image. which I already uploaded. please help
