This was not at all expected from the most reputed ecommerce platform. I was in a dream of blind belief on Flipkart and was loyal to you since 9 years. End of the day my login itself was removed/disabled. And mentioned as unusual high number of returns from my account. I don't understand, why an individual returns the product or requests for a replacement?. because he collects some amount for months and at last he/she will choose from the most reliable ecommerce portal, so that he can get the best product. If something goes wrong, people belive that their will be some positive response from the portal team.
Now you had started blaming customers. That is really sad and was not at all expected.
In order to believe you in future, i would like to make you a fair deal. As mentioned by the installation person's input and service report, Their was a clear defect of the product which was confirmed by the installation team itself. So i need a replacement of the product and my user logging back to normal. I don't know how to contact product support team, I just know flipkart and you need to clear this issue at the earliest.
