I am not receiving the internet connection for which i have paid. The local operator asking me to pay for wire which i already paid at the time of installation. Since there are no physical damages on the wire from my end i should not be paying for the wire. After reaching out to customer service my issue is not resolved from 2 days. I as a customer is been cheated by this local operator and alliance broadband.

Alliance Broadband customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The login page is not coming, so we are unable to use internet. I had already paid for six months in advance to G. C. Link, I had tryed to contact them but they are not responding.If I do not get service on time I will change the service provider.
