Alliance — For transfer asking me new Installation Charge | |||
My name is Kalyan, I have bought your internet connection 1 month ago. Due my personal problem I have sifted my new room.I just want to transfer this connection in my new room.The operator asking me new installation charge for new connection.I have already made a new renewal for this month.I just want to use the above IP. Beacuse I have already alliance broadband user.I am at staying Garia station, near Pachpotha P.O.Please tell me Why I have to borrow a new connection for this. Was this information helpful? | |||
