Alliance — I am complaining about my slow internet connection.

When i am playing games at the server of kolkata the loss is about 50-70% and sometimes 90%. My surfing speed is very slow when i checked my speedtest it is showing only about 10 mbps which is about less than 1.5 mbps but i recharge the package of 'zoom' which must give the speed of 701 mbps or about 8.5+ mbps.
I've checked both direct and indirect connection with my broadband cables but both are having the request time out issue.
My internet ip is: rnb156_ssnpl
Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
