My internet is down since 2 days. After relentless complaining they still haven't managed to resolve such a petty issue. They do have the means to contact the local service provider.
And the call operators sitting in customer *care* office, they do not know how to speak to the customers. They hardly have any information about anything. And then they blame the customers. Such a pathetic service.
I would want alliance to take an action against the below mentioned names:
Shalini
Priyanka
Moushumi chandra (Something)
These people have learnt a few lines "wait kijiye", "feedback call aaega", "toll free number" and the blabber out the same while talking to a customer. Except these few words, they do not how to perform their job. Sitting their passing lame comments on their customers is the best they can do.
