My alliance broadband connection was snapped during the cyclone amphan. Even after so many days, it connection remains disconnected. Complaining to the local service provider has yielded no result, even after repeated follow ups. The local service provider assures every time that someone would be sent to check and resolve, but all assurances have so far been fake. They would also ask whether it's old or new, once heared it's old connection they just make fake assurances.
Till date nobody turned up in re-establishing the connection.
