My internet connection is showing as limited for last 6 days. After contacting the customer care executives, someone told me that technician will come to fix this. Someone is telling that the white box is damaged and need to replace this with a wholesome amount of Rs. 1700. Someone is telling that the white box is absolutely fine and noneed to buy anything new.
My question is till date no technician came and all are confusing simply. Who will check the connection to fix the issue ? Then who will bear the cost of last 6 days ? Alliance simply cut the connection sharp at 12 am when the recharge date is over. Then what is this play they are playing ? Shall alliance give us 6 more days as compensation?
