For the past two months, i'm having trouble connecting to the internet on sundays and mondays. when i call the person who is in charge (mr. bapi: [protected]) he says the office is closed on sunday so nothing can be done and on monday net connection is available but with pathetic speed. when i call the tollfree number ([protected]) they just tell me that technical team will get back to me but they dont.
And there was no internet avaialble from 21.08.2016 to 23.08.2016 (and counting)
Whenever i say its company's fault, they put the blame in my wifi router which works perfectly fine.
They take advance payment and recently i upgraded my plan from starter to zoom and i dont see any increase in speed whatsoever.
I think there is some fault in the connection which needs to be repaired and they are reluctant to do that.
Please look into the matter and ask them to resolve the issue as soon as possible,
Internet is very important for me as a student. i need to watch video lectures every day and bad speed and connectivity is hampering my preparation.
