No internet for last 5hrs. Problem not resolved till now. It has been informed from your end (Mr. Sourav Mondal) that existing (from 12:58hrs) fibre cut problem had been resolved at 17:38hrs. Unfortunately, I am still not getting any connection. Customer care has no clue what is happening!! Please restore the issue and rectify your problem. Also send me the details of the fault occurred. I pay for the connection and I have every right to know why at all the the connection could not be restored in 05 hrs duration!! four times I communicated with customer care (Ms Priyanka Chakraborty and Mr Sourav Mondal) but they could not even tell me the real problem. I have all the call recordings of that also. Mr. Sourav Mondal by tricky way was trying to divert the whole issue to myself. Utter negligence from customer care executives. I need to address the issue to the higher authorities of alliance as well as other social media platform so that people may aware of this negligence.
