I am recharging since last two months but alliance broadband is not providing Amazon prime OTT details to me. I have registered a ticket on 10 th February to get Amazon prime credentials as per OTT package plan. But inspite of regular follow ups alliance broadband is not providing me the details and they are not providing any ETA nor any updates. Third class service.
I am escalating this .
