Some days ago I purchased a pack of network from allince broadband for my tv it was a cruise pack in that pack there were many ott platform subscriptions added like zee5, Disney + hotstar, Amazon prime vedio and many more it costed 1180 rupees when I opend the platform of ott it showed that I have not subscribed then I called to their customer service number and told them the issue but they didn't co operate . I just want to say to allince broadband services please solve my problem or give me the refund of ott . This is kinda money wasteage I cannot watch any ott and my days pack is also expiring.
