[Resolved] Alliance — Poor Connectivity/No Connectivity/Speed Drop | |||
I Sankar Jaiswal, resident of Sukchar, Kol-115, like to inform you that I am using your broadband connection from near about 2-3 years. I am a Govt. Employee under administrative cadre. So, Internet is a most important part of my job. I have to work even I am in home in holidays also. I am facing serious problem due to lack of broadband connectivity /poor connectivity/speed drop occurring from few days. So, first I tried to find out if there is any problem in wire attached to my router, then the box from where the cable is connected to your network and found wearied things, I found the cable was broken some how and Joined by local service personnel using some adhesive tape on it.I repeatedly inform them to solve my issue but they ignored it. Today I again visit there office twice, explained the hole issue and they said it is occurring due to FIBER OPTIC CABLE issue and only can be repaired by technician provided by Alliance. I informed alliance customer care also. Local cable customer executives are always misbehaved with me and never listen the full issue and always blame Alliance. Please take some necessary action from your to replace the cable by the provider so that my connectivity issue may not hampered in future. Please see the images attached herewith.
