Getting a speed of 1 mbps but paying for 60mbps. This problem is from last two months but despite of several complaints no proper action has been taken. Always i need to justify myself infront of my seniors just because this network never allows me to work properly. Even though the problem gets resolved it will last for max 2 days and again the same problem persists. Worst broadband connection i have ever came accross. Totally helpless and frustrated with this network.
